Is the Audiee free plan enough for five meetings a week?
Probably not: five meetings a week at 30 minutes each is about 10 hours a month, and the free plan covers 3 meeting hours and 20 meetings. Free is sized for two or three short calls a week, or for recording only the meetings that matter. Pro ($29/month) covers 25 hours and 100 meetings, which is a 30-minute meeting every working day plus several longer ones; Ultra ($99/month) covers 55 hours. Only recorded time counts: reading, searching, sharing and voice dictation are unlimited on every plan, so a light user gets the whole knowledge base free. When the allowance runs out, recording pauses until the 1st, nothing already captured is lost, and you can upgrade in place. Otter's free plan, for comparison, allows 300 minutes a month but caps each conversation at 30 minutes, so a 45-minute call is cut. Use Audiee free for two weeks with all your meetings, read the hours on the Home screen, and double it.
