What is the difference between Audiee Pro and Ultra?
Pro and Ultra differ in meeting allowance, not in features: Pro is 25 meeting hours and 100 meetings a month for $29; Ultra is 55 hours and unlimited meetings for $99, with early access to new features. Dictation, the knowledge base, Ask Audiee, sharing, the MCP server and export are the same on Free, Pro and Ultra, and dictation never counts against the allowance. The right plan follows from your calendar. A 30-minute daily standup plus a few weekly calls is roughly 12 to 15 hours a month, comfortably Pro. A recruiter or salesperson doing six 45-minute calls a day is about 90 hours, which exceeds even Ultra, so hours are the number to check, not meeting count. Yearly billing is cheaper on both. When an allowance runs out mid-month, recording pauses until the 1st while everything else keeps working, and you can upgrade in place. Start on Free, read the usage strip on the Home screen after two weeks, and double it to estimate a full month.
