Can I share Audiee notes with someone who doesn't have an Audiee account?
Yes. Share sends a personal link by email, and the recipient opens a read-only web page in any browser without creating an account. From a meeting or a knowledge page, click Share and type their address; you choose whether they must confirm their email with a code, whether the link expires, and you can stop sharing at any time. A meeting share always includes the summary, action items, what you are waiting on and follow-ups; your own notes and the full transcript are included only if you tick them. The shared copy is stored encrypted at rest on Audiee's infrastructure while the share is active; everything you have not shared stays on your Mac. This is how consultants send client recaps, how a manager passes a decision log to someone who missed the call, and how a bilingual team shares a Mandarin meeting with an English-speaking colleague.
