Does Audiee.ai have team plans or a shared workspace?
Yes, since October 2026: one admin pays for a number of seats, and every teammate keeps their own account and their own notes on their own Mac. A seat costs the same as the personal plan — Pro $19 or Ultra $49 per seat per month ($180 or $470 per year) — for up to 40 seats, and the team's plan covers its first members up to the seat count. The admin invites people by email or with a team link, or lets anyone with a verified company email address join, and manages members, seats and billing from an Admin tab in the Mac app; someone in finance can pay through a payment link. What a team does not get is a shared archive: each person's meetings, transcripts and knowledge base stay on their Mac, and recaps are shared deliberately by email link as read-only web pages, with an optional email-code check and expiry. If your company needs one searchable pool of every meeting, Otter Business ($30 per user/month) or Fireflies are built for that, with the trade-off that recordings live in their cloud and a bot joins calls.
