Does Audiee have team plans or a shared workspace?
Not yet. Audiee is a personal tool: each person has their own account, their own knowledge base on their own Mac, and shares individual pages by email link. There is no shared workspace, no admin console and no central billing today. Sharing works without accounts: click Share on a meeting or page, type a colleague's or client's email, and they get a read-only web page they can open in a browser, with an optional email-code check and expiry. Several people can use one Mac, each with a separate data space. If your team needs one searchable pool of every meeting with seat management, Otter Business ($30 per user/month) or Fireflies are built for that, with the trade-off that recordings live in their cloud and a bot joins calls. Audiee fits teams where each person keeps their own notes private and shares recaps deliberately: agencies, consultancies, sales teams with client confidentiality, and engineering teams whose members query their own meetings from Claude Code.
